Apple's game-changing march into the mobile video has proceeded at break-neck speed, literally
revolutionizing mass mobile video capture. And,
Apple is now rumored to be taking its mobile video focus up yet another notch, looking to extend the new iPhone 3G S's video capture features into
iPods across the board. This is a direct attack on
Cisco and its recent near $600 million acquisition of Flip.
And, can there be any doubt that mobile live video -- and not just video capture -- will be front and center in both iPhones and iPods in the near-term? My guess is that this will happen in less than one year.
